3. Place the shirt on the board and spray some water on it. The water in the spray bottle essentially helps soften up your clothes.

4. Pop the collar. Starting from the inside, sweep back and forth from one side of the collar to the other. Repeat on the other side.

5. Unbutton the cuffs. On the inside of the cuff, start from the middle, and work your way out. Iron around the button. Repeat this on the other cuff.

6. Smooth out the front. On the square of the ironing board, lay the front side of your shirt. Starting from the top part of the shirt, work your down. Again, iron around the buttons. They could leave a mark if you iron over them.

7. Smooth out the back. Be sure to have the shirt open (back side up).

8. Iron the sleeves. Lay them flat on the board and doing the one side at a time.

9. Hang the shirt. It is to let the shirt to fully cool down.
