Today I would like to show you how to make 1) garlic parmesan roasted carrots. Before we start cooking, let me show you the ingredients. This is 2) a kilogram of carrots. Wash them and cut in halves. Then, 3) a quarter cup of olive oil one tablespoon minced garlic, a quarter cup of grated parmesan cheese, 4) two tablespoons bread cumbs, salt and pepper to taste, and fresh chopped parsley 5) for garnishing.
