Activity 10

Dialog 1

Lia : What are you reading?

Revan: The (1) latest news about the flight accident.

Lia: What's the news?

Revan: The Rescue team has found big pieces of the broken plane on the seabed. Now, they focus on detecting the exact position of the flight (2) data recorder ,or we usually call it a black box.

Lia: Have they detected the position of the black box?

Revan: Yup. They are going to dive into the sea to pick it up. By downloading the data in the black box, the cause of the accident will be (3) revealed. As a data recorder, it recorded what had been happening during the flight.

Lia: How about the victims?

Revan: Thanks to the Rescue team's hard work, several victims and their properties have been found. The (4) forensic expert are going to conduct the identification process soon.

Lia: How could they identify the victims?

Revan: A few days ago the victims' families did DNA tests. The DNA samples of the victims and families will determine whether they are (5) biological matches.
